“Wow, how do you have so much energy?” People ask me all the time.

They assume it’s because I’m young, active, fit, and extroverted. I talk loudly and move quickly. Maybe it’s just because I’m a gemini with a youthful spark that will soon wither with age, right?

Nope! The reality is that you can be full of energy at any age or with any personality type.

Most people are simply exhausted, depleted, and drained because of their lifestyle. Chronic fatigue affects an estimated 2.5 million Americans.
