It’s easy to look at health gurus and fitness influencers and think “they must’ve always been healthy”, but the truth is that everyone started their health journey in a similar place.

If you live in a modern post-industrial society, you probably grew up around the same horrible eating habits, diet culture, and fast-food mania as the rest of us. Every healthy person you know had to put in the effort to change their habits and routines amidst a culture that very obviously isn’t rooted in wholesome living.

Being healthy takes an investment of time, energy, and money, but damn does it pay off when you start to feel the best you’ve ever felt!

You don’t need extravagant New Year’s Resolutions, bullshit diets, or restrictive juice “cleanses”, you need simple healthy habits that you can stick to in the long run and actually enjoy a balanced, health-minded life.

But in this world bombarded by greenwashing and contradictory health info, it’s hard to know where to even begin.
